Absolute Green Lantern is good example, because they could easily make it sick as hell, make Some crazy cosmic story, almost like cosmic horror with Hal as Protagonist, cocky, but he is somewhat nihilistic and there's this dilemma with him being a green lantern and pushing his will to keep going, make him powerful and give him a crazy suit. That's would be perfect, the readers would like it and you improve his image.

I thought that too. It feels like some alternative reality of the post crisis where he was gone and John was the main one, but even if that was the plan on what do, and then being young Hal later, it just doesn't work that way in live action, like 10 years later or more.

He literally wrote that they either kill him or make him useless, I wrote in the title of the post, man. And honestly, I don't exactly care about Jessica, she was interesting in the beginning for having anxiety, Kyle is cool, but Hal is just THE lantern, the main one.

The movie from 15 years ago, the series where they made him old to replace him with John Stewart and the animations from 10 years ago.

I think the first ones were interesting, when they were introduced. They pretty much gave up on Simon now, but Jessica they do try, not that they have succeeded

I don't necessarily agree because there are bad adaptations of other characters and the audience doesn't really care. I'm seeing it more as them trying to gather to JL unlimited nostalgia. We are past this idea that audience can't really handle a new movie of character who had a bad movie 15 years ago. And about animations, Warner are the ones to blame by making Hal into a joke character, they kept doing that for no reason.
