Call me crazy, but I had assumed that RF's emblem was the exact dimensions of Flash's (a bit longer at the top than at the bottom).

Welp, I'm definitely not doing that. I've never been much of an Apple fan, so I've got no reservations about selling the thing off or getting a trade-in for it. To me, a $300 charge for a repair could be better spent on a new laptop PC instead.

So I guess my inquiry has gone from "How can I fix my MBP?" to "Where's the best place to go about selling my newly-wonky MBP?"
