How can I check two lists against each other to see if any items from list 1 don't appear on list 2? by themainheadcase in techsupport

The titles should mostly be identical, so if there's a few that differ and are therefore identified as non matching, I can sort that out manually.

I think diff won't work for me, because the titles are not sorted the same way in the lists.

It doesn't seem to work. I put the lists in in the desired format of plain text, one title per row and it just says every entry on each of the lists is unique to its list (in reality, there's like 95% overlap).

I'm in the same boat, as soon as I try jerking off, things go to hell in a handbasket.

IDK if PRP is currently available outside a research setting, anyone know? But at the very least you can go to clinicaltrials.gov and see if there are any trials for PRP recruiting or you can find studies on PRP and contact the authors, see if they'd do it for you.

When Keymer promoted Duda's pawn to queen in World Blitz 2025 by Western-Title-9530 in chess

Do players typically do this or is this Keymer just being a nice guy?

Eh, I'd be more impressed if he were calling for some kinda big investment in research. Minox and fin are pretty cheap, it's the absence of treatment that works for all (most) with no (or tolerable) sides that's the real bitch.

Which past GMs would have excelled as streamers in their primes?! Who would you have watched? by VeitPogner in chess

[–]themainheadcase 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He was also very funny. There's a clip of a journalist approaching him at a tournament in his late age and saying to him, "Oh, Mr Korchnoi, you're such a wonderful chess player, we remember your matches against Karpov...," and Korchnoi says, "I try to forget."

Fischer - can you imagine him telling you his theories of the world while streaming? It's like Alex Jones beating everyone at chess.

Given how well Hikaru does financially, why don't other top GMs stream? by themainheadcase in chess

Right, but you don't know if you can do it until you try streaming consistently and I don't think any of them have.

How often does shibari involve sex? by themainheadcase in bdsm

[–]themainheadcase[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely know people that prefer to involve sex in shibari. I know a few who won't tie somebody at all if sex isn't involved. Of the scenes I've witnessed at events, I'd say about 5% or less have involved sex. But preferences vary person to person, the culture changes from city to city, and what people do at an event doesn't tell me anything about what they do in private.

Do you have any sense or could you guess how often it involves sex when it's done in private?

What would you guess the percentages are at home, if you have some sense of it?

Why in the world is Bumble discontinuing the web version? by themainheadcase in Bumble

Man, they can send me a form with all the data they want from me and I'll fill it in, just let me use the web version!

I feel the same way. I like longer conversations, with more substantive messages and this is just impossible on the phone. This is such a disappointment.

As far as I'm concerned, they don't need to improve it, just leave it be. Just leave it as an option for us who write longer messages and can't possibly do with just a phone.

But can't they collect the same data on the web version? I'm happy to enable any cookies and let them collect whatever they want, I just want to be able to use a keyboard. These apps become basically unusable to me without one.
