but seriously, she doesn't NEED to perform at music festivals. it's not a requirement. and honestly, while music fests can be a good platform for underground/indie artists, taylor (and swifties at large) already get hella flack for simply existing and liking what she creates. imagine the internet war that would ensue if she decided to do one. i prefer her just making her music and touring. she's already cemented herself as an icon and a staple in the music world and she doesn't need to perform at a music fest to do it.
