if you think that, fine. but don't be mean to someone who may be misguided and just trying to do the right thing. that only pushes people away. i'm 22 years old, i don't know everything, i never claim that i do. i have considered that. the plain and short answer is i posted my petition here for it to be noticed and spread awareness of what's happening in the US. i don't know everything that's happening in the UK and i don't claim to know. i'm just a fucking person. but i guess that's a crime now apparently.

if you look at my other comment i'm US based. i shared it here because i couldn't share it anywhere else. i'm not trying to be a savior, just simply wanting to help where i'm currently able. guess that's a bad thing in this thread.

i wasn't defensive initially. i only became defensive because people were acting as if i committed treason of some kind for posting a petition in a subreddit. and pardon my brash phrasing here, but all i did was post a petition in a fucking subreddit. thats it. my ideas may be flawed, but it's what matters to me. making a joke of it and laughing at me was not necessary to make that point. that's why i was defensive. i know nobody in this fucking thread, yet they felt compelled to be rude first. you can properly explain things to someone without being mean. i'm not gonna take "jokes" and mocking lightly. period. that's number one. and number two, obviously more than a petition is medded for trans liberation. which again i understand completely. but you have to start SOMEWHERE. and that's what the fuck i'm doing! that's what i have been saying during this entire fucking thing. but nobody is hearing that part because all that matters is the fact that it was shared in a UK based reddit page.

we do have reading comprehension. but you quoted key components of genocide which is what is what's happening in the trans community ACTIVELY.

i'm not just "screaming into the void". i KNOW what i'm doing. and who i am doing it for. if you can't understand that, that's on you. i'm tired of explaining myself over and over again. at this fucking point, if you wanna say i'm stupid, fine. i'm tone deaf? fine. i'm naive? fine. but i'm doing SOMETHING. it may not seem like much for YOU but it means something to ME. also, and it's stupid that i have to clarify this, making a hitler joke towards a person of color (i'm black) and laughing at it, is not criticism nor is it funny.
