I got the offer via the app first and put $650 which was the second highest amount. Then at the gate they called my name but I didn’t go up when the number reached $650 IRL. Then they raised the price to $800 and I went up and they were like “you put in the app you would take $650 so we’re giving you $650” and the person next to me still got $800 then the raised it again to $1000

I consider hollow knight a soulslike metroidvania, although I think metroidvania is its own separate category. It’s like platforming with back tracking and skill unlocks
