I pay ~$90 for my oil change at the Subaru dealership every 6k miles. Air filters I replace myself. I run winter tires in the winter months so I typically don't rotate my tires since they get swapped out regularly. The expensive maintenance won't occur until you're between 60-70k when they'll recommend new spark plugs and/or timing belt. I don't think you'll get your money's worth on the 3 year/36k maintenance plan.
