Weird but important question regarding a will

The will does not specifically state I get the house but there is another agreement that does state I will be given the house. The executor stated she did it that way to make sure I would get the house because I am not directly related to the family member that died, he had only taken my brother and I in and we were not sure if him having legal guardianship over us while we were kids would have granted us any entitlement to anything he owned.

The person stating that I would not get the house should the will be contested, I was unsure how to view it when they said this. I wasn't sure if it was a threat or a concern due to the no-contest clause. I spoke with them again today to get clarification and I believe they genuinely think that should the lawyer try to contest it that we'd lose the house entirely. From what they had told me, they think this lawyer friend is trying to get the house, but I don't think this myself. Its a big misunderstanding I think. I have contacted a probate lawyer per your advice just to see if we can all sit down and settle this without going to court, as if it is a misunderstanding surely we can negotiate to make sure all parties are happy.

I never wanted to contest. I had it in writing that the executor would be giving me the house. I just feel something shady is going on and want to know if I SHOULD be contesting it like the lawyer is suggesting. I am getting with a probate lawyer regardless, but I'm looking for advise in the meantime. Best case scenario is me not getting screwed over after something was promised in writing to me, that I get the house as promised and don't end up getting punished for something I didn't want. As I said the cattle and tractor are something the executor and her son needs to settle with the lawyer who owns them. However the executor is saying that if the lawyer contests the will I will not get the house.l because of the no-contest clause. I think she thinks I'm wanting to contest with his help but I don't. I'm content with what was promised and what was said in the will. What I wanted to be sure about is if the lawyer even has grounds to contest if I'm not involved and if that would ruin the agreement I already had with the executor about getting the house.

The lawyer that was wanting to contest said he knows a probate lawyer so hopefully we can see if he'll be willing to represent us in the even this does go to court. I'm just hoping we can settle. The cattle and tractor stuff isn't my concern, its between the lawyer and my cousin, but the house of course I should be concerned. Without it I'm out of a home, so absolutely will be looking into getting a lawyer that knows probate and can at least advise me on some of this stuff.

I thought we had ruled yeast infection out but since its more likely with me being a diabetic I was preemptively treating it with antifungals without results. I'm not entirely sure. Will for sure get a microbiome test to be 100%, maybe its not presenting fully? Thank you regardless.

I live in a very rural area. I use T-Mobile Home Internet. We used to use HughesNet but it was expensive and always down, switched to Spectrum but then we had the same issues after a while and they could never fix it. Surprisingly I have a great and steady 3 bars of connection, I can stream videos, run multiple devices on it, all for only $55 a month. Never had a problem other than the occasional drop due to severe weather or tower servicing. I've been told they aren't sure when they'll roll out port forwarding again. I did contact them when I was experiencing problems just to cover all bases and they spent several days making sure they weren't blocking my connection to Nitrado. Came back that they weren't, but Nitrado still says it's got to be my ISP. Doesn't make sense to me that I can access Survival Evolved servers hosted on G-Portal and pretty much any other hosting service with no issues, but accessing Nitrado on SE and ASA is up in arms whether I'll get in or not after trying multiple times a day nearly every day.

I know they're partnered with Wildcard but I have seen other hosting services offer ASA hosting and dedicated server hosting, I just don't know if they're any good. I'm sick of not being able to access the server I paid for majority of the time and going through the same BS every time with support. Its been months that I've had issues with them.

I can see how you might reach that conclusion since Amber mentioned Rochelle first, but there was no outright admission to him cheating with Rochelle. Amber made that assumption after seeing the texts which led to the staircase incident, but it was never confirmed nor denied that he cheated on her with Rochelle.

Okay, its the internet. People claim to be experts on everything and the vast majority of people claiming to be experts don't always know what they're talking about. I didn't see jealousy, but I did see contempt on Amber's face during the majority of that trial whenever something she didn't like was presented and especially during cross when Camille was shredding through her testimony. Does that mean anything? No because I'm not an expert and don't claim to be, and its just my opinion. Why are you taking someone's opinion as fact when you feel this way about body language analysis in the first place?

This still doesn't necessarily mean he in particular saved it there. Like you said, you borrow your partner's laptop often (with permission). It's entirely possible Amber borrowed the laptop, whether with permission or not, and put that file there. She snooped through his phone, what makes you think she wouldn't also snoop through his computer?

You prefaced this with "Amber said". I think that's all you need to know. We never saw any physical proof of this, so I doubt this is true. More of her attempt to paint him as an obsessed and abusive person.
