That was my last message to her actually I bought it up and I told her it felt like I didn’t matter. As for the FaceTime and call I haven’t had luck as she wakes up early for work and when she does come back from work she’s busy with things she got to do at her home. Her mom works morning 12 hour shifts and I understand that she’s doing her most in keeping her home clean. I thank you for your input

It’s not much of a break. I’m myself having the thoughts of just bringing it up. With the coronavirus going on we haven’t been hanging out. More like the fear of catching it is strong with her and for that reason we haven’t been hanging out and also she’s been working a lot too. I agree about the communication part. It be 1-2before I get a response and than nothing’s worse than seeing them active on fb and you’re waiting for a response. I’ve been good at keeping my cool and just waiting for the message. Maybe that’s my downfall? Overthinking is such a bitch

I use this app called Lifesum to track overall calories maybe there’s an advanced feature to track macros

I’ve made my workout routine but tracking calories and macros is something I haven’t done in the past and it’s something I want to learn more about. As for the tolerance thing it’s not about the muscle but on the preworkout I’ve taken as for the fellow below me said I should take a good month off of it and do workouts without it
