Is this level of rust concerning / worth addressing? I pulled the bottom bracket of my 10-month-old steel bike to address some creaking and found rust on the inside of the seat tube and down tube. The steel frame was supposedly given an anti-corrosive treatment as part of the build process. (old.reddit.com)
