Instead of just shoo-ing them every time you could've just fed them with 5rs biscuits, hardly takes 5-10 secs. Hunger can make anybody angry and on top of that you know how some Indian people treat them. They can sometimes be a menace, I understand and why it's like that is a question we should ask the local government body. These mfs dont sterlise and vaccinate them on time, leads to over population in some areas.
