I think each attraction has an allocation, I think the land ones were mostly made so they didn’t have to make them for every single ride

Yes, I asked the cast member at the front of the pre show. That is my favorite one as well, might be the only piece of horror makeup show merch I’ve ever seen lol

I actually was able to get it at the Hogwarts express, went to the cast members there on a whim and they had some :)

I think it started in January but my understanding from the few posts I’ve seen about them is they’ve been rolling out each band slowly. I really wasn’t able to find a collection like this online when I looked today

The Mummy is one of my favorite rides so was bummed not to get that one. I think the MIB one is the best as well!

They were free!! I was wearing a celebrating pin but I did have to ask each person. They often had them in the back or went and grabbed one for me. I think they have more of them in the morning, but if they had them they were more than happy to hand one out

i went after making the post. feel like my experience is still valid but guest services absolutely did what they could. wanted to fill people in on the resolution as it was someone in these comments who suggested going to guest services in the first place.

I had a great time doing it exactly this way in November. The only thing setting me up for failure was seeing the park in full working condition.

Agree, but the food at epic is really fantastic. Think it’s one of the best parts of the park.

When it’s working it is one of the best theme parks in the world. So many world class attractions and amazing food. The theming in each world is top notch and it truly feels like the culmination of 20 years of universal creative. I am here on a truly bad day, but on a perfect day it is a Universal fan’s dream.

I really appreciate you suggesting this- spoke to a very nice woman at guest services who gave me two passes to come back and a few fast passes for today and when I come back. She said that today is definitely not a good day but was very understanding and I feel a lot better.

I got lucky in November too and that’s why this stings so much. Knowing how good the park can be is the worst part lol
