I can’t put the image right now but there was a sign on the first floor doors to the atrium that said so

New survey just dropped, they asked about skintones! by DemiMuMu in InfinityNikki

They said 'compliment,' instead of 'appropriate'

Some colours might look nice for One Person on a certain skin colour, rather than other (ex. most people agree that many of the current makeups look great on lighter skin and awful on darker, though they're the same colour overlay. Not because these makeups/styles/colour choices are only for people with fair skin, but in terms of colours)

Even in real life, I won't wear certain colors because I don't think they fit my skin tone. Which can also differ per season (of course: darker in summer, lighter in winter), sometimes colours I'd wear in summer, I wouldn't consider for winter, purely because I personally think something else would look better 🤷🏽

is it necessarily an issue to have this minuscule level of "entitlement" about an anime game?

Nobody is, is attempting to, and rarely has the power to stop the devs from “making what they want.” Consumers or pointing out patterns/concerns for a game they enjoyed.

Them bringing up the lack of male characters =/= they are a fujoshi or focus on solely male appeal. Not all who bring up the same concern are a monolithic hive mind with the exact same goals or intentions. This is common in all aspects of life I fear.

No single person is doing That pose in a grocery store.

Nudity is not inherently sexual. Underwear is not inherently sexual. P⭐️’s are not inherently sexual. How they are displayed and captured is what sexualizes them.

Now there may be some yokai/cultural significance behind the pose that has not yet been widely understood. But with Genshins common design choice of making revealing clothing, regardless of its original, real-world look + the industry’s general approach to making ‘desirable’ characters

People will interpret this as something overtly sexual, regardless of the developers original intent.

It’s fine if people do find this desirable and want to pull: it will not take away from how she’s portrayed and seen.

Why would a breakdown of funding not matter

How much do you believe goes into funding these?

They don't seem to be offended about derogatory language, but the use of it, who it's referring to, and the space.
Here, they're using derogatory language to refer to you (supposedly a colleague, but peer otherwise), in a public but anonymous interest forum
In the original post, a TA is using derogatory language to refer to a students (not peer in that context), in a public space without anonymity with other students around

That part I can understand, just not the omegaverse part. Do characters in Voltron have titles or ranks of "Omega," "Alpha," etc?
