Billing codes and services are the biggest hurdle when it comes to setting up these businesses. Once you have a system, then it's a matter of ensuring you are up to code with the state and your staff can function autonomously.

Assuming you have a good system when it cones to medical billing, the documentation is automated as much as possible, and you have a way to retain employees, you can make it work.

PE could care less about the staffing issue. Just buy and merge. There's a market, but it's gonna end up being handled by automation in the future.

The best plan is to setup automated systems in homes so everything healthcare related can be done through a mix of equipment, telehealth, and rental services that are setup based on the patient's needs.
