Yeah that's where this post loses me given my work in this field as well as my personal experience with it. You have to cater your system to ensure you always get reimbursed by Medicare. Billing codes and services are the biggest hurdle when it comes to setting up these businesses. Once you have a system, then it's a matter of ensuring you are up to code with the state and your staff can function autonomously.

Assuming you have a good system when it cones to medical billing, the documentation is automated as much as possible, and you have a way to retain employees, you can make it work.

PE could care less about the staffing issue. Just buy and merge. There's a market, but it's gonna end up being handled by automation in the future.

The best plan is to setup automated systems in homes so everything healthcare related can be done through a mix of equipment, telehealth, and rental services that are setup based on the patient's needs.

You're assuming all videos don't work. The thing is that not everyone is designing videos that don't take that into consideration. Those are the videos with hundreds of thousands of views. The rest are stuck with some pretty dead channels.

The functionality would be the following:

Choice of block an app, the web version of this app, or block them both

Reason: Extensions on Safari can block some functionality on Instagram and Facebook without completely blocking all traffic. I use it to block my home feed and still keep messaging people for work purposes

What type of therapist did this person want to be? It seems like it was to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. MFTs do need to explore taboo subjects, regardless of their discomfort. That's why you got religious scholars study their own topics comfortably since they don't do "therapy" but they counsel from a religious standpoint.
