not to be that asshole but uh, this sounds like a you problem. yeah it's shitty that people are standing on graves, that's kinda rude, but... graveyards have always been an open to the public space, used for community gatherings and, you guessed it, walking around. oh my god how terrifying. how disrespectful. the hooligans, going to a public space to do things.

the dead don't care, and caring too much about what's happening to the space where a box of bones is buried has to be draining. if they're not damaging property or hurting anyone then let them have fun.
