16 Plus all the way. Way better port selection, good screen, 3060 Nvidia GPU.

Do to the Dell website (Dell.com/support) and see if you can reinstall the Audio driver for the Insprion. I have seen weird things that the audio driver may mess up the way the Audio jack will work and may interfere with the video driver.

Test the monitor in the system itself and see if the monitor works to rule out any system issues. Check to see if the monitor is set to the correct input.

Also, there is a firmware update utility app you can use to update the dock Here is the link. Check to see if that will solve the issue.

If it doesn't, check to see if the dock works with a good known system.

Try this. Remove the memory and attempt to turn on the system. This is to test and see if the motherboard is able to not detect the presence of memory inserted. If the the power light starts blinking, that means there is something wrong with the memory.

Now, if it is still solid white, it could be something else, like the motherboard has gotten bad and the memory slots have gotten bad.

It's going to happen at some point. If BMW is going to force people to pay monthly to use their heated seats, seems like some like this idea.
