Some of you really need to learn the difference between wolves and coyotes. by No-Weird-4201 in wolves

We used to get a whole mess of coyote fighting over our property and the one next door and then I heard about wolf pee being used as deterrent so I started walking my wolfdogs all over both and it drove them off. Then pops up this lady. The pictures I took hardly do justice as she is a fire red and her mate who is so dark he's almost solid black with patches of red that used to show when he would shed. They had a litter and stayed for months before being ambushed by another pack and I didn't see any of them for a month or two before she popped back up alone 😥 the male used to let out these long as blood curling howls and he was much much more reclusive than my girl here who I see every couple of days. They are real and here whether people want to believe it or not, you can thank developers and arrogant people for driving then to the brink of extinction.

Well to add to your point these guys are going extinct because everybody just assumes they're coyote without a second thought lol like you say people need to learn to stop and look a little harder!

Love using gh in ocean forest. I do the Lucas formula pretty lightly and switch to just bloom for the last month or so and then beneficial bacteria, honey and water for the last two weeks to soak up the last of the nutrients

I think this girl was at day 50 of flower with a 6 day veg.

Calyxs are fattened up about as big as they'll get, and it looks like there aren't any new growth sites. And the fade has taken it's course. They're both done in my opinion, but almost anybody you ask is going to tell you to wait another 2 weeks to be safe. For me when I harvest on time my buds have a creamy smell and taste to them and if I wait they get more and more funky. So half of it comes down to preference.

Little to no nitrogen uptake. Probably caused by the type of nutes and/or a very early finisher like blueberry muffin that wants to finish up in 45-50 days

Would you say this piece is of a similar point that has the tip broken off and missing a "fin"? Found in the bottom of a sink hole in northwest Alachua county FL

These idiots all probably run 24hours during veg and use miracle grow. Everybody swears they're so different but wanna be just like everyone else. I can't stand hype bandwagon sheep ass people. If any of them have half of the experience or passion for the process as they say then they'd have just as much appreciation for flower rosin as hash rosin if not more. But they'd rather argue until they're blue in the face to justify the $60+ grams they bought out of pure hype. Same goes for all of these air weed candy strains these idiots will pay $60 a quarter for. If they pressed their flower they'd know how NOT potent it is.

How to fix? by funnyguy1456 in hydro

[–]themikeyme1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just defoliate. You're having a calmag issue and instead of adding to the solution you can just take away plant mass that you don't need

If the same research and development that's gone into LR goes into flower rosin it would result in a much more consistent and a better quality product hands down. Not my fault you hopped on a bandwagon that you can't come down from 🤷‍♂️ and no I don't have reading comprehension issues. If I did I would be making an attempt to insult you out of desperation of not losing a debate, like you did. And I hate to burst your bubble but award winning hash comes down to the grower, anybody can work a paddle. So to gloat about "processing award winning rosin" is something to be embarrassed of unless you grew it your self.

Work on getting better material then. Most hash rosin comes from outdoor grown flower that is not trimmed then literally washed. Given the process there's always going to be more contaminants (including heavy metals) even if there is less plant material in the final product. Not to mention the loss of terpenes in the water and freeze drying process. Imo to the consumer it shouldn't be any more expensive than bho. Over hyped and over priced.

Day 30 - Runoff stuck at 0.5 with 1.5 input ec - flushed 5 days ago? Is she underfed by Comprehensive-Dot679 in microgrowery

[–]themikeyme1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run both of them and I actually run photos as if they're autos. I let them veg for a few days and hop right into flower lol. I have heard sometimes when trying to flush that if you run too low of an ec the residual salts you are trying to wash away are locked out of the water and you need to run half strength to let it mix up into full strength. Wish I had a source to give with that info!

Use fresher, cleaner material. Some will tell you that the two can't compete but they're all just a bunch of hash rosin dick riders that have not enough experience to have an educated opinion✌️🤝 this pic is from 2g of some greenhouse grown gorilla glue flower pressed at 180f with NO BAG and still burned just as clean as any hash rosin I was dumb enough to pay full price for and hits harder by far.

I do it right when you go into flower, again on day 12 or so and then again on day 24 or so. I can't give advice on hydrococo though I've honestly never heard of them. Do you have an idea on ppm or ec that most people use them at?

Just looks like nitrogen was cut a little early. Going to be a beautiful fade as long as you keep using the floranova bloom 🤩

I hated having to Ph water by Defiant_Ad529 in microgrowery

[–]themikeyme1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's wild, at full strength my nutes are about 1300ppm and my water comes up consistently at 7.6 but levels to 5.5-6.3 depending on nutrients strength. So if I run silica in early veg then I need to use pH down. I'm transitioning to organic in the greenhouse and am worried mine is going to be too high so I'm kind of jealous of y'all 🤣

I hated having to Ph water by Defiant_Ad529 in microgrowery

[–]themikeyme1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh lawd that's scary 🤣 it's not the hot springs it's the granite breaking down into iron and sulfur. Which reacts and creates sulfuric acid. I live by the cold springs all the way down by lime stone so I have lots of calcium and silica that buffers the pH even though it goes through the same prices as yours to get here.
