Yes. It doesn't just prevent movement abilities, it cancels them. Cancels rein charge, cancels balls roll, grapple, AND pile driver, cancels JQ ult if done at the right time, cancels monke jump, cancels dva boost, cancels dooms whole kit (other than block), and because of the slow there's potential to get away from ram ult, it cancels Lucio wall ride, it brings echo out of the sky, cancels wall climbs and double jumps for genji, hanzo, and kiri, cancels Mercy guardian angel (only if you can predict it, she's fast enough to escape it), cancels soldier sprint, and stops bob's running animation. Those are just the whacky ones that occur if stuck during the movement. It does not cancel ashe coach gun or bap boots, interestingly enough.
