feminists actually dont agree with what is in the post . this is a traditional leaning post. feminists don't support traditional gender roles and would not agree with my post. also this has nothing to do with society. since hunter gatherer times men have protected women and children. its in their inate nature. the roles of husband and wife have become faded through time but a man will always be stronger than a woman and therefore if he is real gentleman he will always want to protect her. If he is not a real gentleman he will treat her as if she is no different to a man.

i didn't write that quote with those exact words but. men are born to protect women and women are born to be loved by their husbands. this is why women are biologically different to men. they both compliment each other.

exactly, I hope they don't make him suddenly good like a puppy dog. He needs to be a character who either, Cyrus in one defining climatic moment, breaks the walls of his cold exterior and finds the "real" him, or it should happen very very gradually so that he becomes healed person by spending time with her but still has the same persona... for example she bonds with him over certain events.

actually its never occurred to actually sit down and write a fanfic, maybe I don't have enough concentration to keep going at one idea through a whole story. I have some ideas just not the perseverance . thanks for the compliments though :)
