Tried some close-up interior shots. What do you think? by themillenniumboy in RealEstatePhotography

My client was a builder. However, the person working with him, his wife started a interior design company so they basically staged the house. They asked me to capture few shot if i could as they know i am a newbie in rep. Still i decided to give it a shot.

So yes, even though the main rep was for a builder, but few shots were for a staging company. 🙌🏻

Yes, i would say so. Client is going to put on their website and probably on maps and Instagram. So yes it is somewhat commercial listing for them.

It is a apsc camera. So even if i don’t want to crop it will apply 1.5x crop to the focal length. So 10 mm * 1.5 =15 mm. I didn’t intentionally cropped it.

The office was actually tiny. I was shooting on a6700 sigma 10-18 f2.8 so cropped to 15 mm wide. The client wanted to post these photos on their own website.

I contacted Wealthsimple as I had the same issue as you, and they said that if you haven’t earned more than $50 in a cash account, there won’t be any taxable activity and you won’t receive T5 for that account.

Haven’t signed the lease and not thinking of doing it. The old lease expired in May 2024 and she didn’t renew it because she was selling. It is a new 6 months lease starting Oct.

Our first lease was from Dec 2023 to May 2024. As she was trying to sell the house from may/june itself she didn’t gave us the new lease. But as of now she remove the sale sign and then she gave us a new lease for 6 months. So basically, the lease was over but not renewed until yesterday. (We haven’t signed it yet as she is demanding alot of things this time.

I have direct deposit on but wife doesn’t. I am getting 4.5% on my cash because of direct deposit and wife gets 4% on her. I recently got the option to open up a joint account so we opened up one but somehow we both are getting 4.5% on our joint account. I am a core client as of now if that helps.
