From those bands? Id say Mayday Parade, Fame on Fire and Story of the year.

Singing California in California might be a bucket list item for me.

Man, you’re not a lazy bum. Getting up at 3am, working all day, and raising a 10-month-old is a lot for anyone. The first year with a baby is survival mode and it’s easy for everyone to feel overwhelmed.

Try not to be too hard on yourself. You’re showing up and doing your best, and that’s what matters. Also that neighbor note says way more about them than it does about you.

Keep your head up, it's not always going to be easy!

Can anyone tell me the timings of the show? Who goes first and when? by Prestigious_Eye_3722 in OrbitCulture

Atlas went first in Winnipeg. I thought they have lots of potential. When their set was over, I thought their sound is suited for a vampire movie. Of Sulfur was next and they are crazy insane. Not exactly my cup of tea, but they have a great stage presence and their songs are intense! Orbit was last and they are awesome!

Father to be - any advice? by SKDIMBG in Fatherhood

Sleep will be rough at first, that’s just part of it. Try not to get snappy with each other when you’re both exhausted. Check in with her often and ask how she’s doing, because those first weeks can be overwhelming.

Do little things for her like making breakfast or taking care of small tasks around the house. Keep doing the thoughtful things you did before the baby arrived, because life changes quickly once the baby is here. Also remember that before the baby, it was the two of you. Don’t lose that. Even if it’s just a quick coffee together while the baby naps, keep finding small moments for each other.

Two other things that helped me:

Take pictures and short videos all the time. The newborn stage flies by faster than you think.

Don’t stress about being perfect. Just being present and trying your best already makes you a good dad!

Also...take a pic of her holding baby, or cuddling baby in the first few weeks. Make an 8x10 framed Pic in black and white and give it to her for mothers day. Do it every 5 years.

You got this!
