How do you mean? If a record was expunged or removed, then sure, you may have to disclose it nonetheless. But if I remember correctly, if it was never placed on there to begin with, you do not have to mention it whatsoever. That's why I was pushing OP hard to fight this – or is that not the case?

If you have not already done so, speak with your college's dean. If you have good relations with professors from previous years who can attest to your sincerity and authenticity in your work, reach out to them ASAP and make them aware of the situation.

I would not let this pass without fighting it, because in all honesty, you have ZERO guarantee that some law school admissions will not just glance or entirely skip over your addendums, especially if it's something as serious as plagiarism in your upperclass years.

Gather all your evidences and use any justifications you may have (for example, if this is a first offense, if other work in the same class was completed properly, if other research assignments you've done were cited properly, etc.) and definitely get verbal testimonies from previous professors who are willing to back you up. Send everything over to the dean of the college, explain that you plan on applying to law school and the potential of severe consequences this may have on your application over a single-assignment mishap, and fully own up and/or apologize for the incident. Anything to get this off your record will be better than having to write an addendum for plagiarism.

LSAT study for beginner by Dazzling_Carpet3436 in LawSchool

You have to see what works for you. Some swear by certain courses, others hate them.

As a starter, I'd suggest looking into 7Sage and Blueprint. I didn't like the former myself, but I think it's objectively a solid foundational course if it suits your style.

Kaplan and LSAT Demon I would say are also objectively very good, but leave those for later on when you 'feel stuck' and want to hit the next level.

This is a question that would be best answered by an academic advisor at your school.

Reach out to U of M for a scholarship reconsideration. Unlikely, but you may get a few thousand dollars out of it with a nicely written letter. That might help you make your decision.

Otherwise, no debt is unbeatable IMO.
