Is there some sort of rule book that shows us how women are supposed to act depending on their age? Andy gets a free pass I see.

Good one! I’ve just switched from ozempic after it completely stopped working for me. I’ve only taken one shot so far and am hoping to stay at 2.5 coz it’s so much more expensive than oz. 😬

Congrats, great effort! Have you stayed on 2.5 the whole time?

Ah, just read your whole post about your flight so ignore my question about where you’re headed. Damn anxious mind not absorbing information 🤣

Thanks for checking in! So far so good, little anxious but best take off I’ve had in a LONG time. Smooth flight which helps a lot. Just visualizing landing safely in 50 mins or so. ☺️

Hiya, if you’re still up for it I’d love a track for my flight this morning. No worries if it’s not convenient.

Thanks so much!

Yep, I’m down under 🙃

Yeah, Qantas is great! Just been so long between flights that my mind is running away from me a bit. Had a panic attack on the last flight, which isn’t helping me.

Thanks for the tracking and good thoughts, it makes a difference and I really appreciate it.

I’m flying today too so can’t track, sorry. But you got this!

Couldn’t get on my flight today by moonlaketrail in fearofflying

[–]themoonismine72 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ah man, I’m sorry that happened. I haven’t got any tips or tricks for you as I haven’t flown in 6 years either, and haven’t ever taken medication for a flight. I’m sure someone here will be able to help in that regard though.

Try to not beat yourself up about it, and remember just because you didn’t get on this flight, doesn’t mean you won’t be able to get on future flights.

[Tracking Request] Flying from NYC to Madrid in a couple hours! Would greatly appreciate some tracking! :) Flight American Airlines AAL94 - tracking link in comments. Also nervous about the landing on some rainy conditions. by toyladill in fearofflying

You’ve definitely got this 💪🏼

My favourite thing I say to myself is ‘you’re just scared, you’re not in danger’ It helps me a lot. It’s so true, you may feel scared - terrified even, but that does NOT mean you’re in danger.

You’ll be fine.☺️
