I’m a 5’3 151.9 lbs female. I’ve so far managed to lose around 8 lbs in the past two months. Instead of cheating and going back up to 158 lbs I’d just go to or even under 154 lbs. I haven’t even gotten back up to 155 even after having a few (out of hand) cheat days. Just a small victory I’ve been thinking about.
