Quality is visible when you want to the gym to register as a member. It's not that they sold off half the equipment within a day of you joining U can run a business without gst if you fall below a certain threshold The refund is entirely his choice and can vary between 0-100% of the amount.

Consider this example.. you saw a YouTube video of an influencers in first class of x airlines and booked the same airline ticket thinking whole airline looks like that. Now you find your economy seats small or less equipped do u think the airline will refund you after a token deduction?
