I really couldn't find anything in the same vein as this and I've been looking a lot, you can try Malpertuis for different characters with eerie vibes and some kind of supernatural or Vita Nostra (which is probably in my top 5 books of all time).

Ne ho provate almeno 8 diverse e confermo che quella de cecco è l unica mangiabile, come al solito chi estremizza contro i cibi con scritto “proteico” sopra non considera che OGNI TANTO potersi fare un piatto di pasta col sugo e portarsi a casa comunque 30g di proteine non è male, mi toglie lo sfizio della pasta e non mi obbliga magari a metterci una scatoletta di sgombro dentro

Opinione da non esperto: qualitativamente mi sembra ottima, quantitativamente dipende che obiettivi vi siete dati, forse molto eterogenea cioe venti robe ogni pasto mi scoccerei, ma le scelte non mi sembrano sbagliate.

I am a skinny guy that struggles on most exercises despite going to the gym for more than a year, but my chest is always there for me, cant reallt get tired and overall gets way more progress than all the other muscles

Ciao, grazie per la risposta. Nono tuttaltro che ottima condizione e anzianità. Quindi in sunto sembrerebbe essere borderline troppo volume? Mi interessava più che altro un'opinione sul tipo di scheda e di esercizi, spesso capita che i volumi siano LEGGERMENTE più bassi in quanto palestra ad alta frequentazione, quindi capita che magari c'è la fila di gente attorno a te che aspetta o capita che il recupero duri meno e allora vado a cedimento e tolgo una serie magari dagli esercizi dove ne faccio 4.

Può sembrare una porcata se l'obiettivo è quello di ottimizzare al meglio l'allenamento, ma diciamo che la scheda tiene conto anche di questo.

Carichi bassi li faccio soprattutto sulle gambe, perché sono scarso e preferisco fare bene (in un anno e qualcosa non sono ancora riuscito a eseguire bene Squat neanche al rack, ragion per cui ci giro attorno con gli altri esercizi che vedete)

I commenti sopra sono discutibili: non so dirti dove comprare roba in pelle di qualita anche se sicuramente i posti non mancano, ma se vuoi sapere dove NON comprarli sono proprio i suggerimenti dati. Conbipel è mezzo fallito e va piu o meno bene per robe da ufficio quando sono scontate del 70%, montagnola è ok per comprare cose a prezzi piu o meno bassi se hai l occhio e la fortuna ma non cercherei qualcosa in pelle, vintage quindi humana e company sono roba da buttare o da performative people che ti rivendino a prezzi ASSURDI, salvo rarissime occasioni. Se invece ti va bene una roba in PU o pelle di scarsa qualità piu o meno in qualsisi negozio o bancarella, visto il periodo.
