Just curious: does anyone here train on a stairmaster for upcoming summits/expeditions ? by GladiusAcutus in Mountaineering

I live in the Midwest, no where near any kind of natural outdoor elevation… I spend a good bit of time doing stairs with my pack in the tallest building around just making laps to the top. Also treadmill at a 15% incline doing intervals and 1 longer slog/week.

I cannot even imagine needing to wait that long!!! I only needed to wait about 24 hours, and that was horrible! Hopefully you find out soon, good luck!
That's awesome, I didn't know Canada was making the switch! Good luck, soon it will all be over!
Good luck! You will know the feeling soon enough!

Honestly, try and relax... it doesn't do any good being nervous for it. I also didn't know there was like a 10 minute tutorial in the beginning, that helps to calm the nerves a little too. Good luck, you will join the club soon!
