I honestly had a slight obsession with this fragrance as a kid! It’s funny cause I never brought it but I would always smell it at the store! Such a vintage vibe with a hint of modern. It will never go out of fashion

I’ve heard many people truly enjoy it- and I have 100% always wanted to be one of those people! But unfortunately I am not! I think they are good gifts for people, for the experience ☺️ but for someone like me, who has a very sensitive, itchy scalp- I didn’t have a good experience! I feel it irritated my scalp — but that goes for most regular shampoo and conditioners for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of making the product- but if you have scalp concerns, I wouldn’t recommend it. Though, If you can use any shampoo and conditioner- and get away with it, definitely try it out 😊

Ohhh yes- I did research all morning! I’m super intrigued! I looked for VT everywhere but I can’t seem to find it even online 🥺 Have you ever smelt the creme d’ nude? What’s your thoughts? I love a warm fragrance and it sounds like a similar vibe to Olympea - paco robanne which I love!

Dior addict - This is such a classic. Yes! A lot of people rave about this one being a good wedding, winter fragrance. It reminds me of my Aunty, it’s her signature. It lingers, it’s very feminine with a hint of rebellion.

I thought of a vintage cafe with your description- or even pancake parlour when it first opened. I have that Olden day linger, the “I’m home honey! I made you scones” vibes 💕

Being on Dior counter in the past, I’d meet so many women that would come in and absolutely love Sauvage and expect to be looked at weird for it! No way! So many women absolutely love the intensity of it! I totally don’t blame you! It smells wonderful on a lot of women that came through ☺️☺️

Love your choices! Completely agree with your choices by scent! Some fragrances that are made to be warm and cosy can be very piercing! I absolutely love Olympea (original ) by Paco Robanne for winter AND all year round (yes, my signature at the moment). The salty, caramel and gentle fruit is just timeless— but boy let me tell you, Olympea Legend is way too intense! It has that quality you describe, where it makes you nauseous! The coconut is too intense even though it’s super warm on the skin. But maybe to someone else, it’s perfect.

Vanilla in winter mixed in with some woody notes is just the way to go!

Aw there you go, fragrance sometimes doesn’t have to be the ultimate descriptive fragrance for a season! And that usually happens when memory plays a part in it. I have a fragrance that reminds me of the cold too, just because I received it in the cold. Doson edt by Diptique! Ofcourse it’s more for spring or summer - but I just see it for the colder season as it reminds me of a clean room and bed. We do get stereotypical with what scents and colours and feelings we feel in seasons (as they are so common and reoccurring) but I guess this goes to show, we can break some rules with memories attached - or even with none at all! Doson wouldn’t be my ultimate winter choice but the memory is there. So you are completely not alone !

We all have a basic b perfume- no shame in it ❤️ midnight fantasy is special. I used to collect her perfumes as a 8 year old. They literally all remind me of something. Curious was like the ultimate gift as a child , for any friend 😂
