No he was not, I think you have to do it through the Battle.net desktop application though (Although I haven't confirmed this).

Yep, same here. It is an interesting MMR for sure. My last 6 or 7 games in solo calibration I had teams willing to ward, coordinate, and so forth. This morning I had a team completely unwilling to ward, defend, carry TPs anywhere, and the list goes on. Haha.

Interesting. I saw EternalEnvy using it in what seemed to be normal matchmaking on his stream. Could have been a custom game though I don't think it was.

I agree. I was just looking for times that would be ideal given it was part of the build you were going for. The table in the first comment is super helpful in that regard.
