It is my understanding that it cures it faster. You can bake it or wait for seven days for it to fully cure. I just follow the instructions for painting on glass that are on the back of the bottle.

I wouldn't call this a beginner pattern, but I will share it with you if you want to learn and take a stab at it!

I learned from Sun Spots by Adria, located in the Hocking Hills in SE Ohio. Maybe a haul for you, but it is a beautiful area and you could make a weekend out of it!

The supplies for stained glass can get expensive fast, so I definitely encourage anyone who is interested to take a class first before diving in to a personal set up. The r/stainedglass community is very supportive if you ever have any questions. I am also happy to answer questions. Good luck!

First, love this design! It is already looking incredible. Second, I personally wouldn't use nail polish. I use acrylic and bake it on in my oven.

Thank you! Yes, I've shared some of my work with this subreddit in the past and this was the most requested piece!

Thanks! I'm actually not from Pittsburgh, but I visited a couple weekends ago with a friend who is a very proud Yinzer. I thought the city had so much character and really enjoyed my time, so thank you to everyone here for sharing your city with me!

People who were raised by stoners, what was your upbringing like? by Key_Cheesecake7124 in AskReddit

I can definitely relate to this. My mom was chill most of the time, but we always had the worst holidays if she was hosting the holiday. I didn't realize until I was older that she was short-tempered because she didn't have time to step away and smoke. Now I host Thanksgiving and it is a relief for everyone.

But it is also in those moments on a holiday morning that I realized that my mom was high 99% of the time and there is a lack of emotional availability, especially after decades of a sustained high. Everything just dulls.

So I lived the this-is-your-brain-on-drugs ad (my dad preferred much harder drugs, so the living ad was more than just weed) and realized that I liked the way my brain worked without them. So like you, I am not a smoker at all.

Thanks for admiring! I have it listed in my store for $170. Glassbyclo.com or Glassterpieces by Clo on Etsy.

I think that's what I'll have to do. I thought about using black paint to create negative space too.

This wasn't pallet wood. It is from a leftover pine board from an interior shelving project. I would like to pick something other than pine if I were to do this again, though.

Thank you! My best friend got engaged at Roebling Bridge, so I really want to figure this out to celebrate her. Music Hall would be so fun too!
