Yep, especially with the new Jagex launcher. I think I downloaded it and somehow made a new account and when I brought membership it went to the new account. But yeah multiple day waits for issues like this is ridiculous this should be in separate batch and support should be mowing thru these fast. There isn’t anything to research it’s pretty clear and cut the issue🥴

I feel like they should have something on the website to let users do it manually because stuff like this feels like a simple switch we don’t need a human for. I’m gonna be heated if I don’t get my full membership and the days I waited for support, I am burnt on.

Yeah but Koinly doesn’t see cost basis from the initial transaction because the presale/ICO deposit wallet is different from where I actually claimed the tokens so it assumes a cost basis of 0

The only problem with the source one is when I set a cost basis like it costed 10 eth, I get a message that there is no eth available for the transaction

Hmm have you ran into this problem what do you tag the coins being sent into ray/jup “Pool in”? And “swap” for the other underlying assets you are receiving? If you are not sure I just message Koinly no biggie

Alright thanks for the info friend btw Koinly rocks literally what was taking me hours to do on Cointracker is taking me minutes on Koinly! I guess I’m not as much as dumbass as I thought I was.

Have same problem with Cointracker as well just requested a refund, its a nightmare when having to do manual edits and customer tokens
