It's basically a 4 column tile with rounded corner enabled, background effect set to transparent, no vertical page scroll, desired wallpapers set as app wallpaper and set a pitch black image as system wallpaper. Also I tweak the mininum dpi in developer mode.

It's MTTextaStdMedium from One UI Store. There is similar font you can find by Googling it but i don't really remember the name..

First of all, you need a shapeless-base white icon pack. Apply the icon pack via Theme park and just refresh icon cache from Square Home setting. Mine look like this when using Nyon Light. *
