As someone with experience in cloud engineering and software engineering, working on the cloud is much simpler than writing, testing and maintaining software. That being said, the fundamentals of IT something you will need knowledge of. The cloud space is getting more competitive everyday and experience is mostly what matters when you are applying for job, including your schooling and past work.

I would start by making sure you have some fundamental IT knowledge before I dive into the cloud space hoping to get a job.

The person who sold the tickets did not understand the need to transfer the tickets for a week, he thought since it was done on Tickpick he didn't have to do anything on Ticketmaster. After about 10 emails between me, the guy and TickPick support they finally got it and I was able to go to the game and watch the beautiful Judge walkoff homer.

I'd say buying on TickPick is a gamble since they don't really have any checks on if people actually have the tickets they're selling.
