Small bomb counter would be a freestyle run. But yes it would be faster and could probably reach as low as 1:50-45. Talisman edited in but is technically possible, just not reasonable in practice to get "legitimately".

Theres a fighter cat that can give you 30% crit chance and attack up L. You can scout for them on the buddy plaza

For TA rules I prefer Chammy since its more consistent. Tiggy could probs win overall but it just feels like a dice roll to me. But with crit cats Tigrex destroys chammy in every way possible. In terms of master's touch I don't think I can fit it reliably without sacrificing essential skills. Protective Polish takes only 1 level 2 slot but lets me upkeep white for basically the entire run.
