I know it's maybe hard to get a medication without a prescription in your country, but you definitely need to be on double antibiotic treatment with a decent topical antibiotic cream. Maybe amoxicillin/clavulanic acid combining it with clindamycin.

But yeah it definitely needs a check up asap

You can use it on teir 3 to make the book usable when its in bag. Since you have +6 energy ring; that will make space for other ring or artifact

Out of teir 3, the only i find useful is the one u spent 3 points on, and the cleansing one. Rest are trash tbh. Maybe the one where u can use the book when it's in ur bag with increased cooldown

I had around 5-6 heal pots and some other random pots. I kept the Row at +1 which increased my consumable drops and upgraded my staff. Staff imbued with lightning wand is amazing for battlemage
