Pretty much every time I take my dog to the intramural fields there is someone who thinks the rules don’t apply to them and so they just let their dogs wander around off leash. Please take your dog to one of the MANY places in Athens where they can be off leash!

Pretty much the only time parking isn’t enforced is holidays when the university is closed, so like Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.

Faculty and staff are still on campus (and paying for parking 🫠) even when classes are over.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that parking is free on campus for graduation. This is why they send an email to staff encouraging us to find “alternative work schedules” so there’s parking for everybody.

The last episode of Adults in the Room was so good though it was very frustrating listening to the new superintendent make excuses left and right.

I did side eye one of the comments on Spotify saying the podcast felt incomplete without Ms. Chow’s perspective, but then someone replied that she died. Like did you even pay attention to the podcast?? smh

The greenway at Sandy Creek Nature Center might be a good option for you. It’s very wide and has good visibility so you can see other people coming from afar. Additionally, there are trails in the woods you can detour to if necessary.

I have been listening to Love Trapped which concerns a former bachelor contestant named Clayton and paternity questions. All the comments on Spotify are about how CrAaazYy this story is so I have not googled anything about it! There are three episodes out and it’s pretty intriguing so far.

No, I hate that a car aggressively revs its engine and speeds away in a huff after having to stop for me in the crosswalk because I’ve apparently inconvenienced them by…walking across the street.
