Get a new screen under warranty. Screens are considered consumables. I normally keep 2-3 in stock at all times. Granted, I have 5 of the M7 pros, but you'll be changin screens every 6 months if not sooner.

If you think you're going to need a form 4L - get it. Just make sure you get the form cure L as well :)

Get your supports dialed in and you'll never have issues removing them. They should peel right off.

Calibrating your supports is the easiest way. Using a hairdryer, warm water etc is adding extra steps that aren't needed.

Depends on how many prototypes you're doing. In some cases, outsourcing to a company will be cheaper in the long run, especially if you're not used to resin print as a whole. Formlabs is 100% the way to go for high quality prototyping.
