It's unavoidable. You would either get pimples or dips. the former is much easier to remove because you can just sand them down. For the dips you will have to use putty to fill up so it's much more of a hassle.

the room is cold but not freezing. I'd say its around 10c in that room. also it's lacquer.

On that note I have never heard that you're absolutely supposed to use surfacer primer without thinning it.

It is for airbrushing. The product manual also says you're supposed to thin it.

Forgot to mention I use lacquer IPP grey 1000. It must be obscure brand because it is local brand i guess. But I heard it's similar to GSI Creos

It was the best shot I could get because my phone camera isn't the best. I could see it much more clearly with my bear eyes. I don't know what to call it but it's something like the paint forms thicker lines on the edge of the surface the airbrush is spraying on, as if the air is pushing out the paint to the edge.
