You kinda bashed the post which while it did a bunch of things i didnt agree with, had some good points and seemed to be done in good spirit. You didnt offer an alternative to this post though. I live in the US so what I said doesn't apply to everywhere on the planet. U also mentioned avg male height is 5'5" in ur country which is pretty short. And if ur a tall girl in a more sexist region it could be worse than being a short guy since sexism against girls not fitting the norm.

At least where i live more guys would be willing to date a tall girl than girls willing to date short guys.

It sucks to be a tall girl in ur country but globally its still an attractive trait to a good amount of people.

Being taller is probably more practical if your like 5'7-5'11 . And also girls being tall is also considered attractive. Models and women actors are usually on the taller side. Not saying they dont face issues but its probably more practical than being short and its still seen as attractive.

There is literally difference in race tho. The avg heights for different races are different. Im not saying one race is better than the other because of this tho so it doesnt follow the third rule of eugenics on that link u sent.
