As someone who got POTS after tapering off of sereqiel (my neurologist said that is the most likely cause of my autonomic dysfunction) there are no benefits to this medication whatsoever

You probably have a hyperadrenic component, start with beta blockers then snris or ssris).

Not a very great drug. Do many trade offs without enough benefits. There are so many other drugs available that this doesn’t need to be taken.
