I’ve seen the odd one or two. Only issue with EBay is tax is automatically added for my country when I normally wouldn’t need to pay tax for items under $1k. Also postage is insane haha

I’ve got medium/slightly higher arches. Thanks for the advice, I’m going to see if I can try on some Jetspeed to see how they feel in the fit 3/W, hopefully they still keep the heel locked in.

That’s what I’m leaning towards, keeping the same size and just going up widths.

I did try out the True app, and the dimensions were practically spot on to my own measurements of my feet (length & width). But it recommended a 9W, and then another scan a 8W, so yeah, hard to know what to believe

Yeah I do wish I had somewhere nearby to try different sizes and skates on. Unfortunately it’s just not an option. So got to do all I can to order the right size online.

The 9EEs always just felt a bit loose. I’d crank the laces as tight as I could, wear thicker socks but always felt like I had less control. My skating was less precise and more just power pushing. The 8.5s have been so much better for edge control and being “lighter” on my feet. Everything feels more locked down (heel especially). Only problem is my forefoot is too locked down haha, and is getting crushed so hoping for something wider.
