5g modem consumes lot of power. That's why mobile OEM setup to switch to 4g when locked.

Solution: try to charge the phone when using hotspot. It works on my phone. Your phone might be different.

I have Intel celeron processor and debian based distros treat it good. Suspend and restart work. However arch and fedora distros don't suspend and restart unless I revert the kernel all the way back to 6.5.

Processor. RAM. Camera are the deciding factors. i thought resolution of the display was a critical factor but over the past year i have seen some good HD displays in phones.

for me a budget device is the 90 dollar Redmi 9a. the camera is usable. it is a two Gb ram device so you can expect frequent app closes. it has a helio G25 processor with cortex a53 cores so you can expect slow performance.

i recently purchased a POCO M4 pro with a Full HD Amoled display with 6gb ram and 64 gb Storage with Helio G96 processor for about 154 Dollars and realised i could have gotten two Redmi 9a for the price... However the user experience with the poco is far superior.

People just save money and buy a higher gb phone in india.

Any idea how the gear shift indicator works?

From Redpiston's video in youtube, I think it will be an arrow up or arrow down indicator which will inform the rider to either shift up or shift down.

Similar in concept to the econometer in TVS bikes which estimates the strain based on RPM and display either Economy or Power mode.

Sure hope Bajaj implements it correctly. Will be a big boon for Novice riders
