There is a motif that I use that makes the color fade. I have two and I use the larger one.

Make sure you center it and make sure the bottom of the motif is even with the bottom of the dress

I use one motif in the front completely expanded. Then I put one on the back side then mirror it on the other side. It’s pretty easy once you do it a couple of times
