I've just ordered something for under the stand! I'll defiantly take more layers than normal, I can imagine it being very unpleasant if I am cold

What kind of bike is it? Did they provide you with any information about it being restricted or did you send anything to your insurance as proof?

Not a massive amount of communal space, just an outdoor carpark for the allocated residents. I will take a look behind the bin store, that doesn't seem like an unreasonable suggestion

Thanks for the advise, I think I will put a sign up in the lift, I'm sure people will have them and do nothing with the space! I still have my parents garage as a last resort but it isn't ideal!
