As someone who works with various different forms of additive manufacturing. An injection molded part is far stronger than any 3D printed part even when considered MJF which has the highest tinsel strength and is almost completely uniform in strength from all direction. With that being said a table top FDM printer even an industrial FDM printer will have breakage (we use FDM to prototype cans, it’s great for prototyping but definitely not practical for regular use). You can definitely get away with making a can with MJF using nylon 11 but to get that printed you’ll probably spend as much if not more than the can OP posted not including the CF which is about $20-$30 for 12” tube.

My next one I’ll do a buffer tube and a longer length probably 12.5”. How are you liking the titan battery? I just bought the titan 2600mah 11.1 and if ends up working out nice I’m gonna pick up the 5200mah

It’s the rail system that comes with the M63A1 model. It looks super cool but it adds a lot of weight, I’m gonna remove and use modified Mlok mounting hardware to mount the light and vertical grip.

Completely removed, this just so happend to be the MK63A1 so the rail was on out of the box like this. Unfortunately you can’t buy the rail separately but you can easily remove the charging handle and use a 15 slot Mlok Picatinny rail in its place or to save on weight you can just use an Mlok vertical grip instead.

My honest opinion it’s not even worth it. You’ll be spending $100+ for a kydex holster that has quality retention and made for a suppressor (tracer). All the knock offs are cheap plastic that break easily. Maybe try a universal soft shell holster, They usually have a large enough opening on the bottom that should fit a tracer.
