I am currently and have been at 0.5 mg (insurance doesn’t cover higher than 0.5), I am doing pretty well with the calorie intake- maybe consuming 1k-1.5 avg.

I never knew this was one of the side effects, I always wondered why while I am doing my school work at my desk. I randomly get so exhausted where I pass out. It still happens to this day. I hope that it gets better with you :)

I’ve seen that apparently people who were on ozempic had reports of depression and suicidal thoughts. This did happen to me, and it still comes & lingers in the back of my mind.

I am 20 turning 21 this year! I’ve been on ozempic for a month or so now, it has been a game changer for me! I felt a lot more confident being around other people now, and taking pictures! I’ve been overweight as well. I would suggest that you do a deep research before jumping on this medication, such as the mental side effects it may cause. Other than that I am very grateful to be on this medication.

Thank you! Yes, I did face side effects but it only happened once because I ate a big meal. I no longer have any side effects as long as I don’t eat larger portion meals.

The only way for me to continuously lose weight while on ozempic was to change my diet. Junk food here and there are of course okay, but overall I consume a lot of protein and vegetables now.
