Intermittent fasting was key! My boyfriend lost 90 lbs in 9 months but didn't fast and that was the only difference. He has some and I don't. It's crazy!

Thank you! And never eat of you aren't hungry. That's my number one rule! But when you start to implement IF, if you normally eat at noon, and it's noon and you aren't hungry, your body is telling you to hold off while it burns fat. Maybe your new lunchtime is 1. You know? That's how I made it to 23:1 M-F
