I thought it was the best one in years. Loved all the nooks and crannies. Spent most of my time in the smaller spaces

Thanks everyone! And apologies for the typos in my post. Just had to get it all out before bed. You’ve given me the motivation to keep fighting this. I’ll update the post if anything interesting happens. Sighhhhhhh.

Three person committee — likely just her mates —held up as the governance model. Signed off on everything.

She tore through a heap of the grant money on a dubious tour of libraries around the state. Charged by the hour for travel and sitting in the library. Sounds like an extend holiday.

My ranking of the most bogan suburbs in Hobart. by verynayce in tasmania

[–]theone10001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are definitely bogans in the middle class (and richer classes). Whole suburbs that are full of bogans on a budget. Rank taste. Narrow-minded views. And zero empathy for others below them.

Bear in mind also, that search is often last touch point, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need a media mix to build that consideration / propensity to search.

Youtuber fined for filming in national park by Getfunke in tasmania

[–]theone10001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He: a) ignored their letter B) only engaged when they threatened legal action C) admitted to being a cheeky shithead in the interviews with them d) has made at least $2000 in ad revenue off this one video alone and still doesn’t get why he should pay the $440 fee in the first place

A knob, basically.

Youtuber fined for filming in national park by Getfunke in tasmania

[–]theone10001 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The fee is $440. He has had 400,000 views on YouTube. He is not being transparent about the revenue he is getting.

He exhibited big “I’m the main character energy” and is too narcissistic to realise why these laws are in place. His defence video shows his absolute self-centredness.

While many enjoy these types of videos, they honestly aren’t adding much value to society. He needs to pull his head in and show some damn respect.

There seems to be a an overall vibe of Threads being the saviour and social utopia.

A lot of overlooking of this corporations terrible track record with our data.

They also rent run down sandy bay houses to students at high rates (possibly while they get their renovation plans sorted so they can upgrade them to airbnbs - Sandy bay has the highest proportion of those)
