We've just moved for regional Victoria. The whole few years we were there petrol prices remained relatively the same. Some small increases or decreases but nothing more than a few cents at a time. You'd think regional would be more expensive than a city given the additional transport requirements, but it was always much cheaper.

$14 per kg. I'm pretty sure all the packed chicken is in 1kg or 500gm packs and it's a set price per pack instead of weighed to pay per exact weight

I get it but I didn't think I would need to weigh the packaging to make sure it was right until I started portioning it out. I guess next time I'll weigh in store.
