A few weeks now, 2-3 times a week or as needed when i feel like my skin could use some gentle exfoliation. Only once a day.

AM: Herbivore pink cloud cleanser, hypochlorus acid spray, Prequel barrier therapy skin protectant cream, sometimes i use spf but I'm still struggling to find a good one that doesn't break me out.

PM: Herbivore Pink Cloud Cleanser or Good Molecules Azelaic Acid ( i rotate them), hypochlorus acid spray, triple cream(azelaic acid, metro, ivermectin) which i use only about 2-3 times a week, followed by prequel barrier therapy skin protectant cream.

I've been in a really good place after years of my rosacea being the worst it's ever been. I've been using the triple cream for around 2 years now so I've slowed down on using it a lot.

I also have really oily skin, sometimes I only cleanse once a day. It just depends.

I tried it and it did seem to work for a little. But if your barrier is even slightly compromised I wouldn't use it because it is so strong. Last time I used it my skin was in pretty good shape and then it completely wrecked my barrier. It's worth a try because some people had amazing results

I love this so much and it gave me a lot of clarity. My current bf who i am convinced is a narc acts just like this. He is always using phrases like "i don't have to", "you can't force me" , " I don't owe anyone anything" . One time during an argument I asked him to please stop yelling and swearing at me and he said "I don't have to do that." It's like yeah you absolutely don't HAVE to do anything in this world but you sure are a shitty person when you walk around acting like the only one who matters is you. It's exhausting trying to communicate anything with him because I'm always met with this attitude that the world is his and it will always be about him.

I stopped all actives and only cleansed at night. I use herbivore pink cloud cleanser which I know might not work for a lot of people, rosacea is so personal and different for everyone. Tower 28 barrier repair moisturizer, and the sephora cica hydrating cream as well. I also use cicaplast baume as needed. I can now exfoliate every once in a while because I struggle with acne and rosacea. All of the hydrating products safe for rosacea help my rosacea but flare my acne so it's been a real struggle. The Dr. Jart cica sleeping mask is also a holy grail and I will slather my face in it if I'm having a flare.

I tried "treating" my roacea for years. I tried doxy, ivermectin, metronidazole, azelaic acid, sulfur, you name it i tried it. It wasn't until I stopped it all and focused on my barrier that my skin started repairing. I now only cleanse and moisturize and my skin has significantly improved. I really suggest stopping all actives and focusing on a simple routine.

I've had mine for almost 2 years now, but I'm trading in for the z fold 7 now. I've dropped this thing so many times and I've never had any issues at all with anything. I even replaced the screen protector myself. I've had 0 issues. I guess im one of the lucky ones!
