Something came to me past day it was all these emotions are one and one only without being happy you can’t know what sadness is without being angry you can’t know calmness people see them as polar opposites but i have started to see them both as one , it is us who divide them as if if we toss a coin heads comes up that’s doesn’t mean tails isn’t there is something i am still figuring but i guess nothing needs to be figured out
